Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the mainland. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and inside the original packaging. Please visit our returns portal to initiate a request and receive a return label.

How should I care for my leather or suede Alpe shoes?
